At Rains, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your waterproof outerwear or accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt until your refund has been processed.
